- The right to data portability = the right of the data subject to receive, upon request and free of charge, personal data in a structured way, commonly used and in an easy-to-read format, as well as the right for this data to be transmitted by Ringstar Pethotel to another data operator, to the extent that the conditions stipulated by law are met (starting from May 25, 2018);
- The right to opposition = the right of the data subject to oppose at any time, for well-founded and legitimate reasons related to his particular situation, that the personal data concerning him be the object of a processing, to the extent that the conditions stipulated by law are met ;

- The right to address the court or the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data = the right of the data subject to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data, respectively to address the court for the defense of any rights guaranteed by the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, which have been violated.
How long are personal data processed by Ringstar Pethotel
Your personal data will be processed during the period in which you are a customer of Ringstar Pethotel, as well as after this period, in accordance with the legal provisions on the basis of which the terms of processing of such data are regulated (for example, the legal provisions that regulate document archiving).
